1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

3. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Go to the "My Orders" section on our website
  2. Select the relevant order
  3. Click on "Request Return"
  4. Mention the issue and attach clear photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective

Our support team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.

4. Return Approval Process

After reviewing your return request:

  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
  • The product must be handed over in its original, unused condition
  • After quality check at our warehouse, we will proceed with replacement or refund as applicable

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock for replacement

a. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

b. Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, we will request your bank account details to process the refund securely.

6. Non-Returnable Items
